Vinge advised Rex in connection with change of owners

Vinge has advised Paradrestauranger AB in conjunction with the acquisition of Maincourse i Umeå AB which conducts the amusement park Rådhuset in Umeå which includes the popular Rex.

Paradrestauranger AB already owns, among other things, Valand in Gothenburg.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Olof Jisland and Christoffer Nordin.
