Vinge advised PK AirFinance in connection with the sale of 3 Boeing 737-8JP aircraft as well as the export thereof to Mexico

Vinge has advised PK AirFinance, part of Apollo Global Management, in connection with the sale of 3 Boeing 737-8JP aircraft to Wilmington Trust as well as the export thereof to Mexico.

The planes were previously flown by Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA. In addition to the work in conjunction with the sale, Vinge also advised on registration measures etc., in relation to the Swedish Transport Agency as well as the export of the aircraft to Mexico.

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible partner Fredrik Wilkens, project manager Henrik Schön and associates Anton Sjökvist and Elias Bohlin.

Vinge advises InArea on entering into a SEK 450 million credit agreement with SEB

InArea's new facilities agreement comprises a term loan and a revolving credit facility, replacing the company's existing facilities. The facilities agreement also includes an option to increase the lending framework through an incremental facility of up to SEK 200 million.
