Vinge advised PK AirFinance in connection with the sale of 3 Boeing 737-8JP aircraft as well as the export thereof to Mexico

Vinge has advised PK AirFinance, part of Apollo Global Management, in connection with the sale of 3 Boeing 737-8JP aircraft to Wilmington Trust as well as the export thereof to Mexico.

The planes were previously flown by Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA. In addition to the work in conjunction with the sale, Vinge also advised on registration measures etc., in relation to the Swedish Transport Agency as well as the export of the aircraft to Mexico.

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible partner Fredrik Wilkens, project manager Henrik Schön and associates Anton Sjökvist and Elias Bohlin.

Vinge advises GBL on its acquisition of BUKO Group

Vinge, together with Latham & Watkins, advises Groupe Bruxelles Lambert (“GBL”) (Euronext Brussels: GBLB) on its acquisition of BUKO Group, a leading platform in temporary traffic management, from funds advised by Equistone Partners Europe and the founding family, while management will re-invest alongside GBL. The transaction, which is subject to customary approvals, will entail a EUR 0.5 billion equity investment by GBL.

Vinge advises Sobro on its investment in Västkustens Konstruktionsbyrå

Västkustens Konstruktionsbyrå has decided to broaden its ownership structure by bringing in Sobro as a new co-partner and majority shareholder. The founders will remain with the company as the CEO and CTO respectively, and as significant shareholders. Västkustens Konstruktionsbyrå is an engineering consultancy company based in Gothenburg with cutting-edge expertise in project management, civil engineering and design.
