Vinge advised Mercury Capital in connection with the sale of Message Media to Sinch

Vinge advised Mercury Capital in connection with the sale of Message Media, a leader in mobile messaging solutions for small and medium-sized businesses in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.v

Sinch will pay a total enterprise value of USD 1.3 billion, with a total cash consideration of USD 1.1 billion and the remainder in new shares in Sinch.

Vinge’s team has consisted of Matthias Pannier, Rikard Lindahl and Henrik Wastenson.
