Mandate Vinge advised Lagardère Unlimited in connection with its taking over of the management of Friends Arena

Vinge advised Lagardère Unlimited (“Lagardère”) in connection with its acquisition of Driftbolaget i Solna AB and the entering into of a long term lease agreement with the real-estate owner of Friends Arena, Arenabolaget i Solna AB. Lagardère hereby takes over the management of Friends Arena for at least the next ten years.
