Vinge advised Industrifonden and Innogy Renewables Technology Fund 1 in connection with investment in Airec

Vinge has advised Industrifonden and Innogy Renewables Technology Fund 1 in connection with their joint investment of approximately SEK 25 million in the expansive heat exchanger company Airec. Based in Malmö, Airec has developed and internationally launched totally new types of highly efficient, compact plate heat exchangers. The capital will be used for international expansion.

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, Johan Larsson (project manager) and Johan Mattsson. Johan Winnerblad was the responsible partner.

Vinge has advised SBB and Sveafastigheter in connection with an exchange offer

Vinge has advised Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (SBB) and Sveafastigheter AB in connection with an exchange offer directed to investors in SBB’s outstanding bonds, whereby investors exchanged senior and hybrid bonds in SBB for new senior bonds issued in Sveafastigheter AB. The existing bonds were partly issued under SBB’s EMTN programme, partly on a standalone basis. Following the transaction, the investors have been slotted in under Swedish bond terms on a standalone basis.
