Vinge advised Ernström & C:o

Vinge has advised Ernström & C:o in conjunction with the investment and acquisition of shares in CellMark Investment.

Ernström is a Gothenburg-based investment company which is owned by the Hobohm Hielte family. CellMark is a global trading house within chemicals, paper, pulp, metals, packaging, recycling, energy and pharmaceuticals. Ernström has acquired almost one quarter of CellMark.

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible partner Olof Jisland together with associates Filip Öhrner, Daniel Lennartsson, André Isacson, Sara Strandberg, Filip Markhed and VDR assistant Sofie Sundin.
