Vinge advised Dr Schär in the acquisition of Semper AB:s glutenfree business Dr. Schär, an Italian based company, is a developer of product for special nutritional needs.

Vinge advised Dr. Schär in its acquisition of Semper AB's gluten free business in the Nordics. Vinge's team was headed by Wibeke Sorling (Partner, M&A) and consisted mainly of a team managed by Anna Palmérus (Partner, EU & Competition law), Jenny Sandlund (Senior associate, M&A) and Victoria Gunnerek (Senior Associate, EU & Competition law).

Vinge advises Morrow Bank in connection with cross-border merger and list change from Oslo Børs to Nasdaq Stockholm

 Vinge has advised Morrow Bank in connection with its reverse cross-border merger, whereby Morrow Bank AB is taking over Morrow Bank ASA. The Norwegian bank was previously listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange which was today transferred to Nasdaq Stockholm. Vinge has previously assisted Morrow Bank in obtaining a Swedish banking licence.
