Vinge advised American Industrial Partners (AIP)

Vinge advised American Industrial Partners (AIP) on Swedish law aspects of the carve-out acquisition of the agribusiness equipment operations (FoodTech Equipment) of Munters FoodTech.

Munters FoodTech is one of three business areas of Munters AB, a global leader in climate control solutions. FoodTech Equipment specializes in critical air quality, movement, and temperature control solutions within livestock farming and greenhouse end-markets. The transaction is expected to close in Q2 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.

Vinge assisted AIP, together with Sidley Austin, with a team led by partner Sofie Nordgren (M&A) and including partner Victor Ericsson (tax) and associates Jonatan Karlsson (M&A) and Karin Hultgren (employment).
