Vinge acts for Orexo in connection with its rights offering

Orexo AB (publ) (NASDAQ OMX Stockholm) has announced an underwritten rights offering with pre-emptive rights for the shareholders and holders of the company’s convertible bonds.

Vinge acts for Orexo. The Vinge team is headed by capital markets partner Erik Sjöman and includes Christian Lindhé, Jakob Warren and Markus Larsson. Dain Nevonen and Maria Doeser are also on the Vinge team.
