Vinge Acts as Legal Advisors in Offer for Sigma

Askerö Utveckling AB, co-owned by contractor Dan Olofsson, Sten K Johnson, Martin Gren and Kent Widding-Persson, has made official its cash offered payment for the Information Technology consultant Sigma, listed on OMX Nordic Exchange in Stockholm. The bid was announced after an estimated value of SEK 599 million.
