Telenor acquires Bredbandsbolaget

Telenor, the listed Norwegian telecommunications company has agreed to acquire Bredbandsbolaget (B2), the Swedish broadband connections provider, from Access Industries, and The Carlyle Group, both US based private equity firms and Investor Growth Capital, the Swedish private equity firm, for a consideration of SEK 6.03bn including debt.
