Telelogic AB acquires Focal Point AB

Telelogic AB, the listed Sweden based provider of solutions for advanced systems and software development, has made a public offer to acquire all the outstanding shares of Focal Point AB, the listed Sweden based provider of web-based solutions for decision support in product development and project portfolio management, for SEK 118.13m (EUR 12.9m).
