Swedbank acquires Tas-Kommerzbank in the Ukraine

Swedbank has signed an agreement to acquire the Ukrainian bank, TAS-Kommerzbank. Tas-Kommerzbank, headquartered in Kiev, is the Ukraine's thirteenth largest bank in terms of loans and one of the fastest growing banks in the private sector. The bank has just over 170 offices, 2300 employees and over 100,000 private customers and 9000 corporate clients.

Vinge acted as the advisor for Swedbank during the acquisition. Representatives from Vinge included Carl-Gustaf De Geer, Maria-Pia Midenbäck Hope, Karin Ulberstad, Susanne Kvist, Johan Kjellson and Olga Zelepukina.

Vinge advises on the sale of Märta Måås-Fjetterström’s business

Vinge has advised the Swedrup family in connection with the sale of Märta Måås-Fjetterström, Verkstaden för svenska mattor och vävnader Aktiebolag. The company manufactures rugs and tapestries in Båstad based on designs by both Märta Måås-Fjetterström herself and her successors, such as Barbro Nilsson, Marianne Richter, Ann-Mari Forsberg and others. The buyer is the Hult family.
