Saab has signed an agreement with Bodycote International concerning the sale of Saab Metch and its subsidiary operations in Denmark, Finland and Germany.
Vinge acted as advisor to Saab, and the representative from Vinge was Olle Rislund.
Vinge has advised Industrifonden in connection with their participation as lead investor, together with AgriZeroNZ, in the seed financing round in Agteria Biotech AB.
