Saab has signed an agreement with Bodycote International concerning the sale of Saab Metch and its subsidiary operations in Denmark, Finland and Germany.
Vinge acted as advisor to Saab, and the representative from Vinge was Olle Rislund.
The agreement covers a total amount of SEK 1 billion and creates conditions for significantly increased lending capacity. The agreement has been structured in accordance with the EU Securitisation Regulation and enables qualified loans to be continuously transferred to a special purpose vehicle within the SBP group.
Vinge has advised Northmill Group AB in connection with its successful issuance of SEK 150 million tier 2 capital bonds (T2) with a floating rate interest of 3-month STIBOR + 475 basis points.
Vinge has advised IK Partners and its portfolio company Francks Kylindustri in connection with the acquisition of Helsingborgs Kylteknik, a company specialising in refrigeration technology and refrigeration services in southern Sweden. The acquisition strengthens Francks Kylindustri’s position in southern Sweden and broadens the group’s offering within the refrigeration industry.
