Saab has signed an agreement with Bodycote International concerning the sale of Saab Metch and its subsidiary operations in Denmark, Finland and Germany.
Vinge acted as advisor to Saab, and the representative from Vinge was Olle Rislund.
Vinge has advised Investor in connection with an acquisition of 12,500,000 shares in EQT AB from Wallenberg Investments for a total consideration of approximately SEK 3.5 billion.
