Saab has signed an agreement with Bodycote International concerning the sale of Saab Metch and its subsidiary operations in Denmark, Finland and Germany.
Vinge acted as advisor to Saab, and the representative from Vinge was Olle Rislund.
Vinge has advised Consolid Equity on the sale of Road Mobility Services to Nalka. In connection with the transaction, Consolid, entrepreneurs and management will reinvest and remain as minority shareholders alongside Nalka as the new majority shareholder.
Vinge advises IK Partners and their portfolio company Selatek AB ("Selatek") in connection with the acquisition of JAMO SIKRING A/S ("Jamo Sikring"), a Danish specialist in the installation, maintenance and ongoing inspection of fire protection systems. The acquisition marks Selatek's establishment of operations in Denmark and strengthens the group's position in fire safety and security services in the Nordics.
Xamera Group, partly owned by Helix Kapital, has acquired all the shares in the Finnish company Integrify, a leading Finnish provider of technology-focused and hire-purchase-based skills provision to the industrial, defence and tech sectors.
