Saab has signed an agreement with Bodycote International concerning the sale of Saab Metch and its subsidiary operations in Denmark, Finland and Germany.
Vinge acted as advisor to Saab, and the representative from Vinge was Olle Rislund.
Fazer has entered into an agreement to acquire Konfektyrfabriken Aroma AB, a Swedish confectionery manufacturer known for its classic candy products such as Geléhallon, Hallonbåtar, Röda Hjärtan and Gräddkola. The acquisition strengthens Fazer's position in the Swedish confectionery market, particularly within pick & mix, packed candy, and seasonal products. The acquisition is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
Turbine Capital is leading a SEK 45 million investment round in the Swedish company Enairon, together with Almi Invest GreenTech, the European Innovation Council Fund, and existing investors. Enairon is a Swedish industrial company based in Halmstad, which develops a patented compressed air technology based on water and gravity, aimed at industrial companies globally where compressed air is a central part of production.
