Orango acquires Pdb Datasystem

Vinge has advised Orango in conjunction with the acquisition of Pdb Datasystem.

Orango, one of Sweden’s leading specialists in business systems, is expanding its offering as a result of the acquisition by adding competence within, among other things, business intelligence, integration, web and custom solutions. Following the acquisition, Orango will have a turnover of approximately MSEK 300 during 2018 and have 230 employees at seven locations in Sweden.

Vinge’s team consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Peter Issa and David Lundahl.
