ÖB Eiendomsutvikling AB has acquired Optimera Bygghandelsfastigheter AB from Optimera Svenska AB for an undisclosed sum. ÖB Eiendomsutvikling AB is owned by Ögreid AS and Byggmo AS, the Norwegian companies with interests in the construction material business.
