Mimir Invest acquires companies from Saint-Gobain

Vinge has advised Mimir Invest AB in connection with the acquisition of the Swedish company Saint Gobain Emmaboda Glas AB and the Norwegian company Glassolutions AS from Saint Gobain.

The companies manufacture and distribute flat glass products, have a turnover of approximately EUR 35 million per year and approximately 170 employees.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Johan Winnerblad and associate Jesper Lindvall.
