Litorina Kapital acquires LBC and GM-ITM

Litorina Kapital is acquiring the furniture logistics company LBC Sweden and the fellow Danish subsidiary GM-ITM from DHL. The acquisition will create Scandinavia's leading furniture logistics group company with sales of SEK 500 million. The newly formed group company, which will be owned by Litorina together with the Swedish and Danish company management, will be headquartered in Tibro.
Vinge represented Litorina Kapital and representatives from Vinge were Johan Winnerblad, Johan Sahlstrand, Fredrik Hallin and Tobias Brandell.

Vinge has advised SBB and Sveafastigheter in connection with an exchange offer

Vinge has advised Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (SBB) and Sveafastigheter AB in connection with an exchange offer directed to investors in SBB’s outstanding bonds, whereby investors exchanged senior and hybrid bonds in SBB for new senior bonds issued in Sveafastigheter AB. The existing bonds were partly issued under SBB’s EMTN programme, partly on a standalone basis. Following the transaction, the investors have been slotted in under Swedish bond terms on a standalone basis.
