Litorina Kapital acquires LBC and GM-ITM

Litorina Kapital is acquiring the furniture logistics company LBC Sweden and the fellow Danish subsidiary GM-ITM from DHL. The acquisition will create Scandinavia's leading furniture logistics group company with sales of SEK 500 million. The newly formed group company, which will be owned by Litorina together with the Swedish and Danish company management, will be headquartered in Tibro.
Vinge represented Litorina Kapital and representatives from Vinge were Johan Winnerblad, Johan Sahlstrand, Fredrik Hallin and Tobias Brandell.

The acquisition strengthens Fazer's position in the Swedish confectionery market, particularly within pick & mix, packed candy, and seasonal products. The acquisition is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
