Litorina invests in Fractal Design

Vinge has advised Litorina IV in connection with its acquisition of Fractal Design, a leading Swedish actor within development and sale of chassis, fans, cooling systems and power to gaming computers.

The company has a turnover of approximately SEK 250 million and sells approximately 400 000 chassis per year. The company’s founder and CEO as well as other key persons will continue as significant owners of the company.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Johan Winnerblad together with, among others, associates Filip Öhrner, Christian Brelin and Manne Bergström. Partner Louise Brorsson Salomon and associates Adam Sandberg and Josefine Lanker advised on financing issues.

Vinge advises Ambea on the acquisition of Validia

 Vinge has acted as advisor to Ambea AB (publ) together with the Finnish law firm Krogerus in connection with the acquisition of Validia Oy from Invalidiliitto, the Finnish Association for the Disabled, a leading care provider in Finland. Through the acquisition, Ambea establishes a presence in the Finnish market and strengthens its position as the only care provider with operations in the four largest Nordic countries. The purchase price amounts to a total of SEK 1, 382 million.

This strategic partner will give Road Rental access to a broad international network, strong resources and expertise which will enable continued expansion in Sweden as well as the rest of Scandinavia.

 Vinge has advised Röko AB (publ) (“Röko”) in connection with its listing on Nasdaq Stockholm. The prospectus was published on March 4, 2025 and the first day of trading is March 11, 2025.
