Industri Kapital sells Prevesta

Industri Kapital has sold Prevesta to Block Watne Gruppen for SEK 1.9 billion. The acquisition is subject to obtaining the approval of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. Prevesta is Sweden's leading manufacturer of prefabricated wooden homes, with brands including Myresjöhus and Smålandsvillan.

Vinge was adviser to Industri Kapital during the sale. Malin Leffler, Göran Nyström, Mi Gustafsson, Henrik Fritz and Jesper Schönbeck represented Vinge.

Vinge has advised the Swedrup family in connection with the sale of Märta Måås-Fjetterström, Verkstaden för svenska mattor och vävnader Aktiebolag. The company manufactures rugs and tapestries in Båstad based on designs by both Märta Måås-Fjetterström herself and her successors, such as Barbro Nilsson, Marianne Richter, Ann-Mari Forsberg and others. The buyer is the Hult family.
