Industri Kapital acquires Kid Interiør AS

The management of Kid Interiør AS, the Norway based home textile retailer, has agreed to acquire a 75% stake in the company backed by Industri Kapital, the European private equity firm, from the Gundersen family in a transaction which values Kid Interiør at EUR 200m.
