Industri Kapital acquired Minimax by Investcorp

Industri Kapital has entered into an agreement with Investcorp to purchase Minimax, a European full service supplier of fire-protection systems. Minimax produces water-based solutions, sprinkler systems and alternative fire extinguishing systems such as steam and foam.

Vinge acted as advisor to Industri Kapital. The representatives from Vinge included Olle Rislund and Emma Trogen.

The transaction is expected to be completed in Q2 2026.
