Gores Technology Group LLC acquires Avure Technologies Inc. and Avure Technologies AB

Gores Technology Group LLC, a US based private equity firm, has signed an agreement to acquire Avure Technologies Inc., a leading company within the field of high-pressure technology based with operations in Sweden and in the USA, for USD 15.3m, from Avure’s parent company Flow International Corp.

Vinge represented Gores Technology Group LLC in respect of Swedish target Avure Technologies AB.
