Fortum selling the Industrial Services business to CapMan

Fortum has entered into an agreement to sell Industrial Services, which provides maintenance services to industrial customers in Sweden and Finland. The purchaser is Mainpartner Oy, a company owned by funds administered by CapMan. Approximately 900 people are being transferred to the new company in conjunction with the sale. Of these, approximately 700 work in Finland and 200 in Sweden.

Vinge acted as advisor to Fortum, and representatives from Vinge included Christina Koko, Johan Göthberg and Kaja Cato.

Vinge advises IK Partners and Francks Kylindustri in connection with the acquisition of Helsingborgs Kylteknik

Vinge has advised IK Partners and its portfolio company Francks Kylindustri in connection with the acquisition of Helsingborgs Kylteknik, a company specialising in refrigeration technology and refrigeration services in southern Sweden. The acquisition strengthens Francks Kylindustri’s position in southern Sweden and broadens the group’s offering within the refrigeration industry.
