Euroc Beton Holding – sale of H+H Fiboment to Procuritas

Procuritas Capital Investors III, the Nordic private equity fund of Procuritas Partners KB, the Swedish private equity firm and the incumbent management, has acquired H+H Fiboment A/S, the Danish producer of light concrete wall elements, from Euroc Beton Holding (50%) and H+H International (50%), two building material companies, for an undisclosed sum. H+H Fiboment A/S is to be renamed Expan A/S following the acquisition.

Revivo Group, a portfolio company of Helix Kapital, has acquired Solidenergy, a leading provider of surface treatment services in the Norwegian market. The company operates within the energy, offshore and infrastructure sectors and is headquartered in Ågotnes outside Bergen. Solidenergy employs approximately 600 people.
