EQT sells HemoCue to Quest Diagnostics Inc.

EQT has signed an agreement with Quest Diagnostics Inc. regarding the sale of HemoCue. HemoCue AB develops, manufactures and markets diagnostic systems for decentralized analyses at doctors' offices, health centres, hospital reception areas and various hospital wards.

Vinge acted as advisor to EQT during the sale. Representatives from Vinge included Fredrik von Baumgarten, Tuula Tallavaara, Ulrich Ziche, Fredrik von der Esch and Louis de Geer.
