EQT – sale of Com Hem

EQT has signed an agreement with Carlyle Group and Providence Equity Partners for the sale of Com Hem. The acquisition provides Carlyle Group and Providence Equity good conditions for growth and also creates a good platform for future business in the Swedish and Norwegian market. The sale of Com hem is estimated to be worth approximately EUR 1 billion.

Vinge represented EQT and representatives from Vinge included Frederik von Baumgarten, Mattias Schömer, Olle Rislund, Peter Forsberg, David Aversten, Niclas Bergström and Anna Möller.
