EQT- sale of Bewator

Siemens AB is acquiring Bewator to create a platform for growth. Bewator will continue with its previous operations and its organisation and structure will remain unchanged.

Vinge represented EQT in the sale, and representatives from Vinge included Frederik von Baumgarten, Tuula Tallavaara and Viveka Beckeman.
