EQT Partners AB acquires Sanitec Oy

EQT IV, the Swedish fund managed by EQT Partners AB, the Swedish private equity firm, has agreed to acquire Sanitec Oy, the Finnish manufacturer of bathroom ceramics and bath and shower products, from BC Partners, the UK-based private equity firm, for an undisclosed consideration.
Vinge (Johan Karlsson, responsible partner) acted as lead antitrust counsel for EQT.
