DnB Nor has announced a takeover bid for SalusAnsvar

Vinge has acted for DnB Nor ASA in connection with a public takeover bid for the shareholders in SalusAnsvar AB (publ). DnB NOR is the largest financial services group in Norway with managed funds of SEK 1,600 billion.

Vinge represents DnB NOR. The Vinge team included Göran Nyström, Peter Morawetz, Per Johan Eckerberg, Daniel Rosvall, Per Karlsson and Christian Lindhé.
