Mandate CSM NV – sale of CSM Sugar Confectionery Division

Nordic Capital, the Swedish private equity firm, and CVC Capital Partners, the Norwegian private equity firm, have entered to an agreement to acquire the Sugar Confectionery Division of CSM NV, the Netherlands based food ingredients and confectionery company, for a consideration of EUR 850m.
