Capital procurement by Bynk

Vinge has advised Bynk and its owners in connection with a capital procurement in the amount of approximately SEK 500 million.

The current principal owners Schibsted and LMK participated in the issue. Bynk offers loans up to SEK 300 000 which are arranged via the company’s website or mobile app.

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, Johan Winnerblad, Johan Larsson, Emma Stuart‑Beck, Albert Wållgren and Rasmus Perdahl.

Lantmännen Ek för has signed an agreement to divest Swecon to Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE). Volvo CE will pay SEK 7 billion for the acquisition. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to be completed during the second half of 2025.

Vinge advises Axcel VI and the Currentum Group in connection with the acquisition of Elprojekt Skandinavien. The company provides complete electrical installations throughout Sweden, focusing on new construction of logistics properties, production facilities, residential buildings and office buildings. Elprojekt Skandinavien had a revenue of SEK 316 million in 2024.
