Altor acquires Flextronics Network Services

Altor, the Nordic private equity firm, has agreed to acquire Flextronics Network Services (FNS), the Sweden based provider of on-site network services and subsidiary of Flextronics International Ltd., for an undisclosed sum. FNS will be combined with Telavie AS, the Norwegian provider of telecommunications services and a portfolio company of Altor 2003 Fund.

Malte Månson has an annual revenue of SEK 800 million and employs over 300 full-time professionals.
