Vinge assists Kesko and Onninen in divestment

Vinge assists Kesko Oyj and its wholly-owned subsidiary Onninen AB in the divestment of Onninen's HEPAC operations to Solar Sverige AB. 

The divestment is subject to standard closing conditions such as approval by the Swedish Competition Authority. 

Vinge's team consists of counsel Ulrich Ziche and among others associates Filip Brosset, Sebastian Örndahl, Kristoffer Larson, Sara Strandberg, Victor Berg and Hanna Risberg and VDR-specialist Sofie Sundin.
