Expedition Growth Capital has today announced a $40 million growth investment in the Swedish SaaS company Xensam. Vinge acted as Expedition Growth Capital’s legal advisor in connection with the investment.

Prido AB was founded in 1973 and is today one of Europe's largest manufacturers of high-quality industrial folding doors, with an annual revenue of approximately SEK 300 million. Lantmännen has signed an agreement to acquire HKScan Corporation’s Swedish operations, HKScan Sweden AB. The acquisition includes all operations in Sweden and the brands Scan, Pärsons and Bullens.
