Vinge has advised EQT Infrastructure on the merger control aspects of EQT Infrastructure’s acquisition of Molslinjen A/S, a ferry operator that operates ferry routes within Denmark and between Denmark and Sweden / Germany. The acquisition was notified to the European Commission, which approved the transaction on 4 February 2021.
