Vinge has advised Litorina IV LP and other shareholders in conjunction with the sale of LGT Group AB to NTG Nordic Transport Group A/S. LGT is the leading specialist within furniture logistics in the Nordic region, with approximately 320 employees and a turnover of approximately SEK 830 million.
In connection with Lunar Group’s acquisition of Lendify, Vinge acted for Lendify in the structuring, documenting and execution of a cross-border restructuring of Lendify’s existing securitisations of unsecured consumer loans and its senior and junior bank financing (including change of “Servicer” under such financings).
