Vinge has advised Platinum Equity Advisors LLC in connection with the acquisition of the global environmental management company Urbaser S.A. and its Swedish subsidiaries Urbaser AB and Nordren AB for an enterprise value of approximately USD 4.2 billion.
Axcel has signed an agreement to aquire a majority ownership stake in AddPro, a Swedish leading provider of IT and cloud services. AddPro’s current management team and founders will reinvest in the company alongside Axcel.
