Ms. Gu is responsible for Vinge’s China Practice Group, and has advised a large number of Nordic and Chinese clients on cross-border transactions and greenfield investment.
With over 20 years of experiences working in the legal area, Ms. Gu has gained a great reputation among both Chinese and Nordic clients with her knowledge of the legal and cultural differences between China and the Nordic countries. Her exceptional communication ability has also contributed to the success of many cross-border transactions.

Michael Thurow

Senior Advisor at InterChina Consulting

Mr Thurow has been a Senior Advisor to InterChina Consulting since 2012 with focus on Nordic companies investing and operating on the Chinese market. He is a Swedish citizen and currently resides in Stockholm, Sweden. Mr Thurow has some 40 years of international business experience with mid-term work assignments in Sweden, Germany, Bahrain, USA, Australia, Singapore as well as five years of practise in China. Mr Thurow has spent close to 20 years within SEB Commercial Banking and 7 years as a CEO of Marsh insurance brokerage in Sweden as well as 12 years with a wide range of corporate restructurings in Europe and China.

Mr. Chen provides overall leadership to InterChina’s M&A advisory, corporate finance, and investment advisory practice. He is a member of the firm’s Management Committee. He advises global fortune 500, fortune 1000 multinational and Chinese clients on matters related to acquisitions, restructuring and growth strategies. Mr. Chen has over 20 years cross border mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, and strategic planning experience in the infrastructure/logistics, consumer, technology, manufacturing, retail, and financial service sectors. He led and advised over 200 M&A and divestiture transactions in the North America, Asia Pacific, and European regions. Transaction size range from $50M to $8 billion

Lefan Gong

Senior Partner, Zhong Lun Law Firm

Dr. Gong is a senior partner of Zhong Lun’s Shanghai office, and head of Zhong Lun’s Investment Fund Practice and Zhong Lun Research Institute. He has more than 20 years of experiences in advising international clients and major PRC clients on China inbound and outbound M&A, private equity, joint venture and other investment transactions and dispute resolutions. Dr. Gong is admitted to both New York and China to practice law, with prior experiences working at a Wall Street law firm and a US international law firm.
