Vinge advises Tele2 in connection with the acquisition of TDC Sverige

In connection with the acquisition, Tele2 intends to perform a rights issue of approximately SEK 3 billion.

The acquisition is conditional upon approval by the relevant competition authorities.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of partners Johan Winnerblad, Eva Fredrikson and Carl Johan af Petersens together with counsel Matthias Pannier and associates Mathilda Persson, Albert Wållgren, Mika Jordan, Sara Strandberg, Christoffer Nordin and Ludvig Wettergren.
