The founders will remain with the company as the CEO and CTO respectively, and as significant shareholders. Västkustens Konstruktionsbyrå is an engineering consultancy company based in Gothenburg with cutting-edge expertise in project management, civil engineering and design.

Vinge has advised Alder on the establishment of the continuation fund Alder Strategic Opportunities Fund I AB.
