Vinge advises Swegon

Vinge, through Magnus Pauli, together with the German law firm Nörr, has advised Swegon in connection with the acquisition of Zent Frenger GmbH.

Zent‑Frenger is a leading supplier of chilled ceilings in Germany and also develops and sells adapted commercial heat pumps as well as TABS products (thermo active building systems).

Swegon is a company within the Latour group and conducts operations within the energy efficient ventilation and indoor climate systems sector.

According to management, the newly formed group will have a unique position in the Swedish market with the opportunity to introduce new transport and security solutions that are currently unmatched in the country.
