Vinge enters into pro bono partnership with XO Foundation to support the next generation of entrepreneurs

April 09, 2026

Vinge has entered into a partnership with XO Foundation to support the next generation of entrepreneurs. The collaboration forms part of the firm’s broader commitment to society and involves Vinge providing pro bono business law advice to young talents at an early stage of their entrepreneurial journey.

XO Foundation is a foundation that identifies and supports entrepreneurs across Sweden through scholarships, mentorship and an active alumni network. Since its inception, the foundation has awarded more than SEK 25 million in scholarships and contributed to the establishment and growth of a large number of companies.

– Supporting young talent and contributing to the next generation of entrepreneurs is a natural part of Vinge’s DNA. Through our long-standing efforts to strengthen diversity in the business community, we want to help create opportunities for more people to realise their ideas. Our collaboration with XO Foundation is a concrete expression of that ambition, says Louise Brorsson Salomon, CEO and Managing Partner at Vinge.

As part of the collaboration, Vinge will provide legal advice on matters such as corporate structuring, ownership issues, commercial agreements and financing – areas that are critical to the development and scaling of new businesses. The work will, among other things, take place through XO Academy, where scholarship recipients receive practical guidance on business law aspects of entrepreneurship.

– At Vinge, there is a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a deep respect for those who dare to build something of their own. XO Foundation is therefore a natural fit for us. Through this partnership, we have the opportunity to contribute early in the entrepreneurial journey while also getting to know the next generation of entrepreneurs, says Christina Kokko, Head of Private Equity at Vinge.

XO Foundation was founded by Conni Jonsson together with, among others, Sara Wimmercranz, Susanne Najafi and Claes Dahlbäck, with the ambition of creating opportunities for more people to realise their ideas – regardless of background.

– We are very pleased to initiate this collaboration with Vinge and appreciate their commitment to our scholarship recipients. Access to qualified legal expertise at the right stage can be crucial in turning an idea into a functioning business, says Angelica Jonsson, Executive Director, XO Foundation.

Through this collaboration, Vinge combines its role as a business law firm with the ambition to contribute to a more inclusive entrepreneurial landscape and a stronger business community.
