Mattias Rosengren is a partner in Vinge’s Dispute Resolution Group. He specializes in commercial arbitration and litigation and has represented clients in numerous Swedish and international proceedings. He also sits as an arbitrator. Mattias has acted in disputes governed by Swedish as well as foreign and international law and has conducted arbitrations under a number of different rules, including the SCC, ICC, LCIA and UNCITRAL rules. He has also conducted cases at all Swedish court levels, including the Supreme Court. Mattias’ experience covers a wide range of areas and industries, including, among others, energy, forestry, telecom, insurance, construction, manufacturing, services, licensing, securities, joint ventures, professional liability and disputes arising from mergers and acquisitions.
Mattias is a member of the Board of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, and he was also previously a member of the Executive Committee of the Swedish Arbitration Association.
