Kateryna Lazarchuk is a Senior Associate with a primary focus on international arbitration and complex cross-border litigation. She has been involved in high-profile international arbitrations under major institutional rules, including the ICC, SCC, LCIA, UNCITRAL and CAS, as well as in complex litigation before national courts. Her experience spans a broad range of sectors, including real estate, infrastructure, banking and finance, IT and e-commerce, energy, and healthcare in both Sweden and Ukraine. Kateryna is admitted to the Ukrainian Bar Association. She has also particular expertise in advising on the regulation of cross-border export and import transactions, trade remedies and the resolution of disputes under the framework of the World Trade Organization.
