Jesper Johansson is a member of Vinge's dispute resolution team, specialising in commercial disputes. He has experience with disputes relating to contract law, construction law and tenancy law, and has a particular interest in rights of use issues.
As well as dispute and contract law, Jesper regularly assists companies with competition law matters. He provides ongoing advice and assistance with cases and proceedings before the Swedish Competition Authority, representing both large and small companies.
