Aleksandar Bajic is an associate in the firm's Dispute Resolution practice. He has experience handling complex commercial disputes and represents clients in court litigation as well as in Swedish and international arbitration. His work encompasses the entire dispute resolution process, from initial risk assessments and strategic planning to negotiations and court proceedings. In addition to dispute resolution, Aleksandar advises on employment law and commercial contracts. He is experienced drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements relating to the supply, distribution, manufacturing, and procurement of a wide range of goods and services.
