These and many other questions are answered in relation to Swedish law by Vinge’s maritime law team in Gothenburg in the Swedish chapter of the International Comparative Legal Guide – Shipping Law 2025.
The chapter answers questions about maritime accidents, cargo claims, arrest of vessels and passenger claims, evidence, legal proceedings, as well as offshore wind power, foreign judgments and arbitral awards.
